Our free range rare breed pork is bred for its wonderful succulence and unique flavour. We offer a good range of meaty coarse sausages, smoked and unsmoked bacon, various cuts of pork and wonderful joints of meat for roasting as well as Meat Boxes and Classic Meal Packs to feed the whole family.

We source our Beef from a local producer in Leek. Hung for at least three weeks, to add to the tenderness and flavour these British breeds already have, our Beef is expertly boned, cut and prepared by our in store butcher.

Free Range Turkey and chicken as it should be: plump, succulent, and with proper flavour owing to their rich diet. We rear our own turkeys on our farm and only use trusted local poultry farmers who use traditional farming techniques coupled with high welfare standards. This makes for only the best flavour.

Our lamb comes from local grass fed flocks that forage and and graze naturally eating wild grasses and flowers. This gives the lamb meat its rich, succulent taste which makes our lamb such a delicacy.
